He has been a dedicated lecturer and nurse educator for both public and private healthcare providers since 2000, and in 2004, he took on a full-time role as a Nurse Educator with Queensland Health. Notably, ECT4Health is completely nurse-owned and operated, maintaining independence from nursing recruitment agencies, while offering bespoke education services to hospitals, aged care facilities, agencies, and remote, rural, and correctional facilities.
