Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality nursing care and support to patients and practitioners.
  • Administer immunisations, medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with patient health assessments and care planning.
  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Educate patients and families about health management and care plans.
  • Support the administrative functions of the clinic, such as recall management and stock ordering, and complete general housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Nursing.
  • Previous experience in a nursing role (within general practice is desired).
  • Previous experience with Best Practice software (desired), along with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Full and unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • The right to work in Australia (Visa sponsorship not available).
