Call for Presenters – Expression of Interest
EMS Conferences is seeking engaging and experienced presenters to join our 2026 & 2027 conference line-up across Rusutsu (Japan), Hoi An (Vietnam), Koh Samui (Thailand), Queenstown (New Zealand), and Bali (Indonesia).
Our events bring together emergency medicine professionals, paramedics, and nurses for an immersive week of education, adventure, and connection. We are not a research-based conference, instead we focus on practical, interactive sessions that clinicians can apply directly to their everyday work.
We welcome Expressions of Interest from speakers keen to deliver 30–45 minute presentations covering clinical topics, case studies, leadership, communication, decision-making, or wellbeing in healthcare. Presentations should be clear, engaging, and tailored to a broad clinical audience.
Each EMS Conference includes 2–3 hours of interactive sessions per day, supported by e-learning modules and hands-on workshops. Presenters are fully supported by our experienced team, with all resources provided.
What we are looking for:
- Confident, engaging presenters with practical clinical experience
- Sessions with clear learning outcomes for emergency and acute care clinicians
- Willingness to connect with delegates and contribute to the overall conference experience

- Honorarium and complimentary registration (valued at $869 – $1299)
- Promotion in conference materials and online platforms
